We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on most items sold through our platform. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  • The return has been approved. 

3. Vendor Discretion
 Final decisions regarding returns and refunds are at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. All Sales Are Final on Certain Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund at our discretion, particularly for opened, used, or returned items that require additional handling or repackaging.
