1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Await Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. -
Ship the Item:
Package the item securely and include the RA number. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). -
Processing the Return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variation, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mesoderm-rx.comto request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
